You do not own error.

Having an issue were when I try to access the Starfinder Core Rule book via the Compendium I instead get sent to the store page as if I did not already own the content. Given the message: "You do not own the Starfinder Core Rule book compendium expansion. Purchase it here or return to the compendium." Despite the same page having the purshase button showing that I already own the content. 

Hi David! This is a case where I'd suggest a  Help Center Request . Since it possibly concerns account information, the help that a dev could give you on the forums is limited.

Thanks Keith, I am in contact with a member of the Help Center now and hopefully they will be able to resolve the issue. Just thought I would post here in case anyone was having similar issues or had the issue resolved before.  Hopefully this post might also help anyone in the future who has similar problems to solve their issue.
