5e- player icon bar overlaping charcter sheet

The  player icon bar is overlaping the charcter sheet, anyone know what may be causing this? I tried looking into the options but didnt find anything related to this.

Are you referring to the player portraits at the bottom of the page? They will overlay everything. The protrait images float "above" the battlemap, the character sheets, and every thing else. They are separate. In the settings for the campaign (the top right button above chat bar) there's a place to reduce their size or remove the portraits completely.
The character sheet was above the player portraits before, and suddenly it changed. Its nof only for me, another player in my table is also with this "problem"
I noticed in last Saturday's session that the Turn Order appeared beneath the player portraits where it had not before (I typically move it to the left bottom so it covers the DM's name; after all, I know he's there).  Looks like a new feature which, as Joao points out, should in fact be a selectable option.

I was curious about this, since I honestly could not remember. There were issues with the Z-Order of some screen elements last week. This does indeed seem to be different behavior than historically. Here is a screen shot from a video I made last year. The handout is on top of the Player Area. Other elements also slide under a journal now, such as the toolbar. My guess is that either this is an accident due to the aforementioned work, or Roll20 (which has been doing considerable consumer research into its interface recently—I'm sure many of you have gotten to take one of the popup surveys) has determined that this order is more intuitive for new players. A case could certainly be made to keeping players visible all the time, since a sheet is easier to move, resize, or minimize.

Yeah, it's one of those things I'd never really notice until someone points out a change.

To say the least it is rather annoying! I REALLY hope this will get rolled back! Macro Bar and Token Actions are not transparent and in front of everything as well! And this is NOT solely for DnD 5E. It is for EVERY game / system in Roll20...

If you've taken any of the recent popup surveys about the interface, the GUI looks to be headed for a dramatic overhaul. My guess is this is preparatory to that and the reason why anything that doesn't actually make something unplayable is not a high-priority fix. My >> guess<< .
Yes, this is super annoying and needs to be fixed. The Maco Bar and Token Actions now are in front of handouts, characters sheets, and pretty much everything, which is just obnoxious.

I took 2 of them, but neither one looked like this as it is right now! And also it was not clear that those controlls would be transparent just because the prototype was very limited... Ah... forgot one thing: the controls on the left are also transparent! (SAME thing as Macro Bar, Token Actions and Player Avatars)

User can move, shrink, resize, close, or minimize the Character Sheet. These features are necessary for something that pops OVER the controls (the way Roll20 has always been with Journals). User cannot quickly move, resize, or hide those other elements (Avatars, Controls, Quickbar), so it does not make sense in GUI / UX, for them cover up "on top" of Journals. keithcurtis said: I was curious about this, since I honestly could not remember.
Filed a Request about this! This needs to be addressed ASAP... and if it is going to stay they have to give us some kind of workaround that does NOT involve opening character sheets as separate windows... (that would cause other bugs!)
