What challenge? I don't remember seeing any sort of announcement for something like this, and don't see a mention of it in a blog going back to the beginning of the year either.

Apparently this was a World Anvil contest, announced on their website here . Hi Daniel, have you asked World Anvil? They were apparently running and judging the contest. I heard nothing about it over here until just now.
Hi folks! This is a World Anvil initiative that we supported in April & May- our marketing team is fulfilling codes for participants this week, and we've been in touch with the winners.
The winners were apparently: ... announced by the World Anvil Team on Saturday 21st of May on a World Anvil community stream. I looked at their Twitch stream, but the videos are very difficult to identify.
