Sea Elf missing

Hi All, This is probably a silly/stupid question, but sea elf is missing as a playable race from my compendium in Roll20.  I was immoderate in my youth and I thought I had bought all of the same materials in Roll20 that I had on DNDBeyond.  If it's a simple matter of purchasing the correct material on Roll20, please direct me to the correct choice, but right now, sea elf is a valid PC choice on DNDBeyond, but not on Roll20. Best regards, AuChien

Hi AuChien! Sea Elves can be found in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes , or a more lorebound version in the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount . Unless you were planning an Exandria campaign, I would recommend the former.

Also note that if you have Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes but are are having difficulty finding it in the Compendium, upon that publication it appears that it was promoted to a race instead of a subrace.
Thank you Kiethcurtis, Mischief managed. Best regards, AuChien
The updated Sea Elf is also in the new book Monsters of the Multiverse.
Is MotM a good buy?  Reddit seems to hate it, and I’ve been duped into buying the SOS by Hasbro a few times already.
It depends on who you ask. The new version of the races and monsters are my preference and I am using them over the old options in my games.I feel as though they fixed a lot of issues with a handful of things which I personally didn't like before.

Just a little mad said: The updated Sea Elf is also in the new book Monsters of the Multiverse. So it is! It's getting confusing. As for MotM, I also prefer the races as presented there. They are bereft of lore for the most part, which is fine since most of the lore so far presented was Forgotten Realms-specific. But the changes to the builds are generally favorable, unless you play a kobold. :)

Au Chien, if you decide that MotM would be a better purchase, but bought something else based on my incomplete recommendation, you can fill out a  Help Center Request  and request a refund and buy the other. It's certainly a valid reason, and I think MotM is probably a wise purchase going forward..
Thanks Kiethcurtis, I do have it in my compendium, it is a sub-race as you had pointed out previously, not a race (as it is confusingly presented on DNDBeyond). Mischief managed. Thank you again! Best regards, AuChien

Yeah, MotM changed it to a race, which is probably why it appears that way in DnDB.
I did not buy MotM on lDNDBeyond (that I know of...sometimes my wife surprises me though :)).  We've been playing D&D for about thirty years, so there's that.
She says she did not buy it.

Maybe it was changed earlier, then? Anyway, it sounds like you got what you need, and that's the important part.
