I can design, and have done that, a character sheet, but my coding skill is at level bad, so if you could help me I pay you $50? I know that is a low-baling amount of money to offer, but that is all I can offer.
I don;t know if anyone would be interested at that price, but you need to be more specific about what you actually need - point by point. Also its entirely possible that people will help you for free (especially if the task isn't too big). I'd also recommend looking at the wiki, and my site.
