Waiting for Module to be to be added to the game?

Tried creating a Lost Mines of Phandelver game for my niece to teach her how to DM, and it says " Adding module   Lost Mine of Phandelver Module   to this game, please wait. This process could take several minutes. You do not need to manually refresh this page. A notification will automatically appear once this process finishes. " Been stuck on this for nearly 2 hours now, created a second game to see if it does it and it does.

Hi Avalon2099! When you said "It does", do you mean the second game also sticks? Also, do you own the module, or did you acquire it during the period where it was offered for free? If for free, I think the window for creating new games from the module has passed.
Both games stick and I purchased the module this evening just to teach my niece
I had a similar problem, I made a Tyranny of Dragons game with the Module for my group.  it finished adding the module in like 5 seconds and we all went in and character creation ensued.  Around 45 minutes into character creation, 1 person refreshed their page and was kicked to the game landing page saying "Adding Module"  The rest of us made the mistake of leaving to see if it might somehow help and are all stuck outside of it now.  Been 2 hours and it's still stuck on "Adding Module"  not sure if Roll20 is having problems today or what.

My best advice is to capture a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) from during module creation and use it in a  Help Center Request . If you want serious dev help, that creates a ticket and gives them info. It's mostly community help on the forums. While waiting for a response, some things to try: 1) deleting cache and cookies. 2) trying a different browser. 3) try using a private browsing window. 2 & 3 are not long term solutions in themselves, but can help pinpoint where a problem lies and get you over the hump and into a game.

FWIW, I just tried creating a game and it was ready almost instantly. My guess is there is some disconnect happening between your computer and Roll20. It could be an extension, some bad cookie/cache data, or an ISP issue. There was recently a report of some Asian ISPs not retrieving image data, for instance.
