Hand Tool

Upon toying around with the grid proper, I've already found out just how annoying it can be to not have a hand tool to drag the map around with my cursor. Any chance we could get a function like this? Just using the horizontal and vertical scrollbars is surprisingly annoying compared to a simple hand tool.

The only problem with this is that it might force us to add a lot of lock and unlock features. But we'll see what solutions present themselves in the coming weeks based off player input.

Lock and unlocks? How would those come up for just dragging your viewpoint around? Maybe I wasn't as clear as I thought.
