I know that Roll20 sees the forum reports. I have passed on many links myself. I haven't gotten much response either. I can only speculate that they do not wish to respond until there is a real answer to give. I.e. they are concentrating their time on addressing the problem and not making promises until they have solutions. I agree that radio silence is not good, and leads to user frustration. My only advice is to keep reporting actual errors and problems, things that make the site unusable for everyone , like the map page display. Saying "I hate this, it's terrible, it burns, etc" is less helpful than saying "I do not like the pink on white; I find it to be glaring and difficult to read". And refraining from insults and personal attacks on the dev team, of course. Giving factual examples, preferably with screen shots helps cut down the noise, and gives them specific things to work on or examine.
