2 Players on the same IP

I have 2 players on the same IP but using different computers. We're running into an issue where they continue to disconnect randomly. It usually happens when they both try to do something at the same time, such as edit a sheet or move their character token. There's times where they both move their tokens simultaneously and no one can see them move besides them on their individual screens. Then 20(ish) seconds later both tokens will suddenly move and catch up. There's also times where their dice rolls take 30(ish) seconds to actually roll. It also seems it sometimes times out when they're inactive? We're talking over discord and there's no connection issues on there and I also play other various games with them and everything is fine. This is specifically a Roll20 issue. They tried a Ping test for Roll20.net and see it have some interference for some odd reason. We also went through all the steps in the Technical Issues page (https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues) and I did submit a bug report but I figured I would post this as well and hear if anyone else had similar issues and if they had any tips.

Hi PowerElite! This is weird, assuming they are not sharing log-ins. I use a Dummy Account all the time, so not only the same IP, but the same computer and the same browser (though one is usually in a private browsing window), and have never encountered this phenomenon. I'm not sure what would cause it to happen, but you could try having one of them use private browsing to see if it makes any difference. With your bug report, it would probably be very helpful to have each of them submit a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ). That will give the devs more info to work from.
