Play on Load options greyed out

I'm attempting to play a track when players load into a map; I've already uploaded the track to the jukebox...  However: under "Audio"-->"Play on load" on the map options "Tracks" and "Playlists" are both greyed out.  Is this option only available to premium users?

Hi Mako! Just to check the most common cause: Have you put the audio files into your game? Loading to My Audio is like stocking your library. For the file to be playable, it has to be imported from My Audio into your game. I.e., is the track visible when you click on the Jukebox tab in your right hand control area?
Hi; thanks for the response. I don't think I've done that... however one goes about doing that: as the audio file doesn't appear in the Jukebox, only in "Manage Audio" under "Tracks".  I can see the file there; but when I hit "add" or "Add to...." on it, nothing happens. I'd assumed this worked the same as the image library; where once you've uploaded something you can make use of it.  But there's a separate game-specific list?

It's the same as adding an image directly to your library. There's not a copy of the asset in your game unless you specifically add it to your game. The art library feels a little different because you can do both at the same time. Here is the Help Center page on working with tracks in Roll20. The drop downs for Add to game should give you the game as an option. If you add to a play list, you are just adding to the playlist in My Audio, not a playlist in your game. If your My Audio interface is not showing these buttons, you may have a larger problem. If so, we can look at some solutions.
Okay; fixed. What was happening: when I clicked "Add to...", it looked like it brought up a featureless grey box...  Only: that WAS the add to game option... I just couldn't read it...  Because in dark mode the font and background colour are almost identical.  Might want to fix that.

Good to know. There were some style changes to the VTT last week that did affect dropdowns, but that's a new one to me (dark mode has been largely untouched.) A  Help Center Request  would help bring this to dev attention, or a report on the Dark Mode feedback thread .
Will-do; thanks a lot.
