So the update completely borked the FFG dice rolling thing. We're trying to play our game and it's just not working.

Hey folks!
Which update? In what way are things not working? Is the sandbox crashing? Are portions of chat unreadable?
I see four FFG sheets, all of which are community sheets. If something is broken about one of them, you would need to identify which one, so the creator can be contacted.
Likewise, !eed looks to be a Mod script command. Which script is this?
I'm guessing from the context of the posts above that it is this sheet, and this script.
The sheet was last updated 4 months ago.
The script was last updated 3 years ago.
Is it a display issue?
No, it just doesn't work. Pressing the die button on the character sheet rolls nothing, and neither does inputting "!eed 4p 2g 2y" or something.

It's happening for my entire group, sheet or !eed, macro and not. Simply there's no roll that happens. I can roll as "!eed 1y" and there no noise, result, or anything. I've tried with three browsers and four people. This is the first time I've played this system since the cosmetic update, but this is an irreconcilable issue.
And no it's not a display issue. The last session (before today) was two Mondays ago, so the 1st. It ran fine then.
OK. Open the Mods (API) console in another tab, restart the Sandbox, and monitor the console while you run the
!eed
command and try rolling dice. Perhaps there's an error in the Mods somewhere.

I created a test game. I fully admit I know zero about the system or the sheet, but after installing the script, I was able to click on buttons and create rolls:
Have you tried creating a brand new game as a test? It's possible there may be corruption in the data. The only updates I am aware of have been cosmetic changes to the CSS (that's why I asked about display issues). I'm not aware of anything that would affect a Mod script.
What tests or troubleshooting have you tried?
As a troubleshooting step, it's worth confirming that the creator of the game you are in still holds a Pro level subscription too. A number of the reports are from pro users but the Mod Script access is determined by the subscription of the creator...
^^ Probably not the issue, but rule out the obvious and eventually you'll get to the root of the problem :)
That is great news but who is 'they' and what did 'they' do?
There have been no commits to that script since 2019. Would be great to know what the solution was for anyone else who may experience something similar in future.
