Been working on other characters in my spare time for when/if my Knight kicks the bucket helm. Here's the wizard I came up with. Staff Description: An octagon shaped, polished black quarterstaff, zigzagged with a light grey tessellated hexagonal design. Attached around hand height are multiple bronze studs to aid in grip with a small 10 carat obsidian gem, that seems to change colour, is set into the staff above the studs, showing which is the correct facet to face forwards. It seems to be finely made for its purpose and upon closer inspection, the staff itself is made from a solid piece of basalt, carved into what appears to be a quarterstaff sized basalt column with an inlay of rhyolite stone that never seems to be the same whenever you look at it, though that could just be a trick of the light. A strange smell of incense hovers around the staff itself, a strangely familiar combination of flowers and spice. A strange matter is that it seems to be consistently dry, no matter how shortly ago it has been dipped into water and any dirt or other substance seems to just dry off and flake away with a quick shake or stamp on the ground, revealing the polished stone beneath.
