Is there an easier way of making custom card decks? (Temple of elemental evil board game)

So I bought the temple of elemental evil adventure system board game and I'm having fun playing it when I get the chance. However I have a friend I don't get to see in person very often, but I'd like to try to play this with him from time to time. So I was thinking I might try to use roll20 to simulate playing the game and while I have many of the elements figured out of how I could do this. The one issue I'm having an issue with is creating decks for the game. There are multiple decks and tons of cards in the game and it's going to be a slog trying to create a ton of images of cards to accommodate the 180+ cards this game has. Does anyone know if there is a simpler system for making custom cards for roll20? If not does anyone know if anyone has already made jpegs of the cards for this game?

I once imported Munchkin into the game, it took a lot of effort, scanning them in, processing the images, then creating the decks. Roll20 is capable of doing this, but there is really no streamlined option I can think of. Just a lot of work.  As for someone having already made jpegs of the cards, I am not aware of anyone that is selling them digitally. You would probably need to scan them in for yourself as I did with Munchkin.
Uhh, that's what I was afraid of. Not sure if I'm willing to go to those lengths. Well thanks for responding anyway.
