SEE Permission for Token Tooltip

Add a "See" Permission for Token Tooltips. As a GM it would be nice if you use generic tokens (no sheet needed) to have an area where you can put infos only you or selected players are able to see when hovering over a token. IF one of my Players hovers over that token, that player is able to see Infos he should not see! (Taken from the Players perspective)
