Token Action to show character traits

Token Action question: I am familiar with the action to display npc traits: /w gm &{template:npcaction} {{name=@{selected|npc_name}}} {{rname=@{selected|repeating_npctrait_$0_name}}} {{description=@{selected|repeating_npctrait_$0_description}}}... What would be the corresponding syntax to show "feature_and_traits" from the 5e character sheet? Thanks!

Thank you SO much! I've been looking for this kind of reference, but hadn't been able to find it. You actually solved 3 or 4 other problems I was having! MUCH appreciated!!!
Long-shot follow-up question: In my campaign, we use "max healing" values... So if you cast Cure Wounds, you get a full 8 per slot spent (plus Wis bonus). It's easy enough to tweak the Cure Wounds spell instructions for the base Healing to be "8". But the "Higher Lvl Cast Dmg:" prompt only accepts dice roll values, and if you put "None" and try to use the bonus slot, then the act of casting doesn't prompt a "cast at what level?" query. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Change the Higher Level Cast DMG number of dice to a 0. Then change the modifier to 8. Blank = no higher level casting query Any number, even a 0 = higher level casting query
If I could hug you through my computer I would! I NEVER would have figured that out, but it worked perfectly. Thank you!
