If I understand correctly you updated the game and it messed up your characters? If that is the case I suggest filing a bug report with the Devs HERE . They may be able to roll back the game to an earlier point. Do this sooner rather than later. After your game is rolled back to an earlier state, duplicate it. THEN update it. Always duplicate your game before updating it. If the characters get damaged again, you can port them over using the Character Vault (Plus/Pro feature) from the backup game. If that doesn't work due to the update, you can open two instances of the game, one in the backup one in the updated game, put the screens side by side and manually duplicate them.
