uploading map from dungeon alchemist

anyone know how to solve a problem with the uploads I been uploading maps from Dungeon Alchemist and fore some reason they wont upload I check how much storage it will take but that's not a problem so I don't know what to do when I try I just get the gray bar on it and I have tried compressing the image size but it still hasn't work or a new game to see if that's work it didn't 

Out of curiosity, will other maps upload without issue? It could be the format of the map causing issues or the size even with compressing. But I would suggest looking at if a non DA map of similar size uploads without any issue. The second thing I would suggest is if you're having any issues related to the DAM files, to remove the DA API and re-install it. That's helped a lot with DA related issues in the past for me. Edit to add: I also find dragging it onto the page can be more reliable than uploading it through my art library, but it can still take a long time depending on what's going on with lighting and the like. I also seem to have more problems around the time DA has an update.

I have fixed it but I think it was the Compressing site it was using because when I tried with a different website it was working
