Slow Uploads?

Hello I was wondering if someone else has noticed a problem with uploading things to Roll20 such as maps, art, tokens.   I tried to upload a JPG file of 2 mb the other day, after about 8 hours it was still trying to upload.    Have this problem on a secondary account too, so its not just relegated to one thing.

Sometimes the first attempt doesn't take for some reason. If it hangs for a few minutes I just restart it. Have you tried that?

I tried that.   Its happened for two days now.  Its affecting both Firefox and Google Chrome.

So far it only affects things larger than a token which doesnt help me with my attempts to upload maps. 

Some things you can check 1) What is your current storage capacity? You can check that by going to your account here .   2) Are you using any extensions? Try disabling them.  3) Try both Firefox and Chrome    You did this already :) 4) Reboot internet (perhaps there is a connection issue between yourself and Roll20 that is causing things to time out) 5) Clear your cache and cookies.  6) Create a new game, see if the problem persists in the new game.  7) Send in a bug report to the Devs via the help center . Hopefully one of these steps will resolve your problem. 

1.   I have 100 MB here and 3072 on my other account with the same problem. 2.  Removed all extensions, reinstalled my browsers too.  No dice. 4.  How do I reboot internet?  Meaning disconnect at the source?  Why then does it work for tokens and not larger files? 5.  Did so. 6.   Tried that too, persisted. 7.   Did that as well, haven't heard back. Thanks for your thoughts!  I hopefully will figure what the heck is going on out.

I did one yesterday with the preliminary problem, and again today after the full reinstall, and sure I will PM you keith

Update:   After some work I found what the problem was, something I missed or misunderstood.   Images have to be a certain size, 10 MB or less to be uploaded for accounts.   Strange because I had uploaded and used these images before at their sizes and they worked back then.   Well at least I figured it out.  Sorry about that.

Ah, the first post said the issue was with a 2MB file, or I would have mentioned that. Glad you got it working.
