Can you survive a Night at the Lucaryen? [Game Info] This mystery one shot will have you exploring the world famous museum known as the Lucaryen, as you search for the identity of a ruthless killer. If you're a fan of the classic 'whodunnit' mystery tale, as well as pulp occult adventure films such as The Mummy then this one-shot is for you. Combined with a premise and title inspired by 2006's 'Night at the Museum', this one-shot casts the players as unexpected detectives, pitting them against a killer foe, who's identity must be revealed before more are killed. [Technical Requirements] The game will be played on Roll20 with communications handled through Discord so make sure you have an account with both. There's no requirement to be on camera but you have to have a decent enough mic for me and the other players to hear you. [Character Creation and Session 0] Character creation will be handled through Roll20's Charactermancer. The rules for character creation are simple: You will create an 11th level character - Races from PHB or Monsters of the Multiverse only - All published class and subclass options are available - Use point buy for ability score. - Your normal class starting equipment. - 1000 gp to spend on adventuring gear. - 2 uncommon magic items. A session 0 will take place 30 minutes before game time so all players can introduce themselves, go over character intros, and go over any lines that should not crossed.
