Three hours down the drain

I just worked for three hours, making my campaign for this session and the next. When it comes game time, NONE of my work has been saved. There was no notice saying that there was a connection problem. I am quite irate. We start the session and the dynamic lighting wasn't even enabled, so they saw the half of the dungeon I had made already.

Ben, I apologize this has happened to you. Could you supply the campaign name?  Also, were you having any sort of internet connectivity issues? Perhaps slow access at the time?  - Gauss
Also, there was a previous issue we were having where folks who had left Roll20 open for more than 24 continuous hours were having some sort of data loss for edits made after the 24-hour mark, but I thought we had that fixed. Just curious if you had the Roll20 editor for a long time continuously?
I have had things "disappear" before just to show up again latter (anywhere from a few minutes to a few days). When this happens I tend to also have problems pulling images from the web. Where you experiancing anything like that as well?

And p., Normally I would figure that as the first culprit but in this case he said the Dynamic Lighting didnt save. That indicates another problem. But, thank you for your insight (sometimes I can overthink things). - Gauss
I had been in Roll20 for about 8 hours. I turn my computer off when I sleep so it definatley wasn't on all night. The campaign name is River Kingdom Adventures. I had no connection problems that I noticed. The access seemed fine, I uploaded images for handouts, adjusted maps, all the normal things. Then my players joined the game, and I didn't see them on the bottom bar where it lists players, so I refreshed the page. From there, I moved my players to the unfinished map ahead of me, then moved myself to see that my work hadn't been saved.
And you lost all types of things you changed (Chatacters, Handouts, tokens on the game board, maps, etc.)? Or just the map(s)? Also what is the name of the campaign on your account?
I lost everything you mentioned there. The name is " River Kingdom Adventures "
Eesh. Poor guy. I lost an hour of stuff when Chome crashed on me and I thought that was bad. Hopefully this gets resolved.
