Animated Maps(Webm) No longer uploading?

It seems i can no longer upload any webm files even though I am well under my storage threshold. The files themselves are also less than 5mb, never mind the 10mb i should have access to. This all seemed to happen the other day when i upgraded my account while i think i may have had uploads running...I'm wondering if something has happened with the status of my account or something maybe? Or is there some type of hard limit on the # of webm files you can use outside of the storage limitation? Or maybe something is hung up in my account preventing me from adding more animated maps?  I can upload non webm images still. I have tried closing out all programs and even restarting my PC. Help greatly appreciated.

So it seems it is 2 maps specifically that seem to not be Uploading for whatever reason. There is no difference between them and the other maps i was uploading for the map pack, but i got a separate webm map of a different place and it let me upload that fine. So that tells me it is an issue with these files...hummm I did submit a ticket though in hopes of a response from someone....
