[LFP][Paid][Pathfinder 1e][Long-Term] Curse of the Crimson Throne Saturdays

Heads Will Roll The Curse of the Crimson Throne takes hold of Korvosa! In the shadow of an ailing king, a new ruler gathers power, sending shockwaves through a populace already plagued by unrest and pushing the largest city in Varisia to the brink of disaster. In the face of anarchy, a band of heroes gathers at the call of a mysterious patron. Strange magic and mysterious prophesies set them on the trail of a common foe—a path that draws them into a struggle to save the city from ruin. Amid the intrigues of kings and generals, heroes and thieves, it's up to these new heroes to decide whether the rule of a new monarch will usher in a new age of glory or a reign of chaos. About the Adventure Hello and welcome to Curse of the Crimson Throne, one of Paizo's earliest Adventure Paths, and arguably one of their best! In the campaign you'll be playing a ragtag bunch brought together out of a shared desire for revenge in the Varisian city of Korvosa. This campaign will use the 2016 hardcover version, with Pathfinder-updated mechanics and additional sidequests. As for other elements you might want to know the following: This is primarily an urban adventure, meaning you'll be spending a lot of time in a single large city. Characters with no attachment to Korvosa are not recommended. This AP goes from levels 1 to 16 and is estimated to take 16 to 22 four-hour sessions. With added content, expect it to go over. About the GM I go by Ilzalith or Erik, and I have around 6 years of GM experience across several different systems including Pathfinder, D&D 5e, Pokemon Tabletop United, Vampire the Masquerade, and so on. My main job is as a facilitator, and the goal is generally to get the player characters to interesting scenes and setpieces. I also prefer a more even split between roleplay and combat/crunch, and sessions typically around the 4 to 5-hour length. As a GM I also make an effort to include additional material in the form of small official modules, community content, and character-specific sidequests. Think of it as a remix, or an extended fan edit. As a GM, here's what I can offer you: Consistent and punctual sessions. No sudden cancellations or drops. Fully remade battle maps, tokens, and handouts. This may eventually include custom character art. Additional content including extra modules, original sidequests, and backstory NPCs. Ambient sound and battle music during the session, including additional tracks I'll be adding. An open-door policy on feedback. Whatever changes you need, I can try to make them. Payment and Terms Payment will be received via Paypal within the first 24 hours following a session. The base price is $20 per player per session. Recurring players (meaning anyone who has completed at least one full part/book of an AP) receive a 10% discount. A 15% discount is available for early-bird or monthly payments. Any form of jerk behavior (including homophobia, racism, sexism, and harassment towards myself or players) may result in immediate removal with no refunds. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. Long Story Short System : Pathfinder 1e, with homebrew on request. Schedule : Saturdays 1 PM GMT/9 AM EST 4-5 hour sessions. Frequency : Weekly, for 16+ weeks excluding major holidays. Video/Voice : Voice only, through Discord. Application info is available HERE . Please note that the final session time may shift depending on player preferences.
Here's a Quick Update: The first session is officially scheduled for the 26th of November. Applications will remain open, so apply if you're interested! As far as the current party, we have the following: Half-Elf Occultist (Str Melee) Half-Elf Inquisitor (Str Melee) Tiefling Investigator (Dex Melee) As you can see there's a strong overlap between melee and sixth-level casters in the current party, so a full caster or full base attack ranged character could be helpful. At the same time, another 6th-level caster could be interesting.
