Single Notice per Thread option

I like that Roll20 has the small pink notification dropdown in the top right corner when I log in, so I can see where the activity is. However, I get irked to no end when it lists EVERY post in a particular thread. So if there's 30 posts in a busy thread, I click on "view thread" notification, then I have to dismiss 29 others (which involves refreshing the page twice since the notification dropdown only has 10 notifications max). I'd like to see the option to change notifications one notification per thread, rather than one notification per post.
+1, possibly with all new posts on that thread on an expansion of some kind.
+1200! It's not annoying for me unless there are super busy threads like OP mentioned.
+1 I remember having to delete hundreds of notifications one by one when I was away for the weekend!

+1 I actually decided to quit a game due to this irritation.

+1, but need to be careful, because after viewing that notification, any new responses that come in after the time-stamp of my last view should give me a notification again.  I should also have the option of opting out of notifications for a particular thread if I wish. Just some ideas.
Definitely +1!
Absolutely! +1
OK, seriously, I made the mistake of joining a group that had about 4 threads with about 40 replies on each, resulting in a considerable amount of time refreshing the site and dismissing 10 notifications at a time; when I should have just been able to dismiss the 4 threads. Can we get some dev response to this?
