Greetings Dungeon Masters and fellow Adventurers! I am making this post in the hopes of finding a free group to have some fun with rolling some dice & crafting fun stories/memories together. Making some nerdy new Roll20 friends for future games a major plus. :) My ideal group would be welcoming to all & have minimal meta-gaming, gatekeeping, steamrolling or power-gaming. I'd prefer to play a campaign module from D&D 5e, but I am open to any free game; ie: one shots, long running, or fresh campaigns, homebrew, etc. A bit about me: Working from home with lots of down time, 40 years old nerdy guy, laid back, kind, patient, friendly former Marine. Happily married and emotionally intelligent. Trained in therapeutic communication. TTRPG Experience: 2 years playing D&D all in 5e, mostly as a DM running Lost Mine of Phandelver, Waterdeep: Dragon Heist & Undermountain for a group of close friends using Roll20, D&D Beyond for character sheet management, Discord for game coordination/downtime chat in between games and my work Zoom account for video chat. Looking to get into Mongoose 2nd Edition Traveller on Roll20 as well for a skilled based game, would love to chat with DM's about either! I'm excited for the opportunity to be considered as a player at your table. If I seem like a good fit, feel free to reply here or reach out on Discord at Boogieman8541#3148. Thanks for your consideration and have a great game! Good Luck & Have Fun out there, -Boogie
hey there boogie. DM here just wanting to know if an undead campaign is up your alley? all my encounters can be handled using Scooby-Doo, Ghostbusters, or Supernatural methods as you may need them in different encounters. There are also different guilds to join that come with boons and add a kind of adventurers job (i.e. mages guild, fighters guild, scholars guild, merchants guild, or one of the many craftsmen or artists guilds) There are currently 2 players who show up regularly and one who occasionally shows. we meet Sundays usually 10am-12pm and tend to play for 6-8 hours with an intermission in the middle.
