Issue with nameplates

I am having a strange issue I have never experienced on roll20 before. I am trying to turn off token nameplates for my players and I am unable to do it. I have unchecked the boxes in both the game setting and the tokens settings, pressed save setting of course but everytime the nameplate comes back on and the box is re-checked. Any help would be lovely.

My guess is you are running an API script or Extension that is interfering, Probably an API script, I seem to remember one would cause this issue.
Go to your game settings page and uncheck the option.

This facet of Aura Tint Health Colors is particularly prone to causing this frustration. Great idea, but the name control is outside of the original and main scope of the script. This problem is reported every few weeks.
Thanks everyone!
I can confirm it's the Health Tint API/mod. If you type !aura you can get the settings up and turn off the ability to see the names, but ultimately what I've had to do is just delete the name from that field so there's nothing for it to populate.

Thanks for the advice. The big problem I encountered by eliminating the name from the field  was that it also eliminates the names from the turn tracker.
