Charactermancer, stuck on Building Your Character...

Poor Hugh...  I cannot get him to level up past level 5.  below is the screen cap, where the process stalls.  No red line emerges. This is not in a pop out window, there are no other character sheets open, there are no plugins enabled, i have a stacked compendium (PHB, XGE, VGM, MTF, SCAG, TASHA).   The odd thing is that I can level any other character up without issue.  This only seems to happen with a Ranger (Hunter) going into Level 6.  Please help, it's driving me nutters :D

My suggestion is to bypass the charactermancer and level manually when it bugs out like this. 

I could do that, but then the product I'm paying for doesn't improve.  When I'm leveling this NPC during my prep time I'm better off reporting the bugs and seeing if there is a solution from the service providers.  I think it has something to do with the Ranger's spell list, because I noticed this.  (See Image Below) 0/NaN spells chosen .  Some sort of scripting error?  Please note using the charactermancer from levels 1 through 5 worked fine, but when going from level 5 to 6 this error appears.  For the folks who want to improve the service, please look into it :D  Thank you.

Ok, so regarding the forums, they are not really for reporting bugs to the people who make changes. They are mainly for users helping users.  If you would like to file a bug report my suggestion is to go to the Help Center here .  With that said, if you could detail the current state of your character and the options you are trying to select, maybe I could reproduce the bug. As for paid features, you can drag/drop anything you need from the compendium onto your sheet. It is basically the same as doing it with the charactermancer, just manually. 

Question, When the character was created at lvl 1 did you take Natural explorer and Favored enemy or the optional rule in Tasha's. I have seen this before, it occurs when at lvl 1 you use the alternate rules described in Tash's (Def Explorer and Favored foe). If at lvl you did not select you favored enemy and natural explorer features you can't select them at lvl 6, you need to keep them blank. When you leave blank Favored enemy and natural explorer blank at lvl 1 and try to select something for this features at lvl 6, charactermancer does what is been happening to you. If you leave them blank you will see that the character will lvl up.
