Mentor for fellow players

The Mentor level of subscribers mentions several features that both you and your players enjoy, but Im wondering if any of these features take effect if you are a player in a campain (and you have the Mentor pack) for the other players and the DM?

The answer to that is pretty much "No" if I understand your question. Most of the upgraded features that Mentors get, are activated by the GM of the campaign having the Mentor subscription. I can't think of any features Mentor gives that would convey to the group if only a Player not the GM has the Mentor. So in this situation it's probably better to Gift your GM the Mentor subscription, rather than to buy it for a player in the group. Gifting a subscription to someone else is an option here. I've gifted it to a couple of my GM's.

Subscriber features are generally only for the subcribers and any campaign they create. If you are a mentor you would have the ability to use a tablet and removal of ads(I think) from any campaign you join. Now if you created a campaign then all the features get activated in that campaign and everyone that joined your campaign gets those features for that particular campaign. Free account creates campaign - mentor player gets to use his tablet and maybe have no ads. Mentor account creates campaign - everyone that joins gets to use a tablet, experiences dynamic lighting, no ads, and some of the other features (not sure what they are now). Hope this helps.
