Hello I am starting a VTM: V20 chronicle, below are some details
that will help you determine if the chronicle is the one that suits your
playstyle. After all we are all here because we share a passion for roleplaying
and Vampire the masquerade. Go through the information and if this is the type
of chronicle you see yourself being part of, I love to hear from you. Time & Date: Saturday 3PM Eastern time
Session length: 5 to 6 hours more or less depending on player
request (no shorter than 5 hours)
Tools needed: Roll20 and discord, communication will be done in
English and voice chat (camera is optional) Setting: Los Angeles year is 2010
Requirement
- Must be a mature adult 24+
- Experience in the world of darkness game is helpful but not a must.
- Bigotry and or disrespect will NOT be tolerated, this is a safe place for
everyone
About the Storyteller
I am 55 years old and storytelling a VTM game is one of my hobbies and
passions. I have been at it for a while now and I keep learning new things from
the people invovled in my chronicles. I
make mistakes and I learn from them. No one is perfect especially me. What to
expect from me as a Storyteller? - I will treat everyone with respect and dignity.
- I will not go on a power trip and kill characters because I had a bad day or
for whatever reason
- If I am to be labeled it is this: Sandbox approach to storytelling, big
proponent of actions have consequence and devil in the details.
- I do not roleplay rape scenes and scenes involving child abuse. (Unfortunate
part of the world of darkness and when encountered I use the “curtain down”
approach) Chronicle theme, mood and style
- Sandbox / open world aproach type of chronicle.
- Actions have consequences
- Theme is humanity, this is not a sabbat murder fest type of chronicle.
- Not a silly goofy comedy fest neither.
- Player driven encounters and stories drawn from your backstories, your
actions and interaction with various NPC’s combine it with random encounters.
- I use V20 rules with some house rules of my own.
- No lone wolf build, you will be part of a group of other players so make a
build that is group compatible.
- No pvp is allowed.
- My world of darkness is a homebrew setting with a mix of canon lore and some
home brew lore.
Character creation
We will create the character together on roll20
Clans available to the players:
- Nosferatu, Toreador, Ventrue,
Brujah, Gangrel, Samedi. Ravnos, Lasombra (antitribu)
- There maybe other bloodlines that
will be a fit feel free to pitch it and will go over it.
- Under no circumstance will
Malkavians be allowed. I Have veto power over the flaws you will pick. Remember you
are not alone but part of a coterie If you still here and this is something that suits your
