I dont know if it is me or not. but The bar's doesnt show up until i have my mouse upfront. Is there a way to make them always visible? I have a gif that shows the problem i have

Right, this isn't a bug, it was a feature introduced about 2 months ago. You might have checkmarked it without realizing what it did. :)
