Heya. I would actually be a bit interested, I am a DM for lots of games and I am a huge Dragon Ball nerd (Challenge me, I dare you). I have hosted many text-rpg sites back in the good old days of Avidgamers focused around DRagon Ball too, and I think I could set a dragonball game with a bit of my own spin on it, if that sounds interesting. Now, for the crutch... This might be a bit assholish of me to say, seeing as you're looking for this system specifically, but I wouldn't like Stranger Worlds. If you'd at all be interested in a different rpg system, you could maybe check out OVA: The RPG? I think we could get everything we want from a dragonball setting there. If not, I totally understand, since you'd be looking for DB: SW, so sorry beforehand if that's a dealbreaker:p
