D&D 3.5e Low Light Vision

Is there any way to simulate the low light vision of elves, half elves, etc. in 3.5e? To quote " An elf can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of poor illumination." The light emitting token would work if I could exclude other players from seeing the light emitted. I'm just not seeing how to do it properly otherwise. Any help would be appreciated.

I think what you are looking for is the light multiplier. If you set that to 200% for the tokens that have low light vision, that should have you covered. https://wiki.roll20.net/Token#Dynamic_Lighting
I understand, but that's assuming the token is emitting light. What if it's not. Example: An elf is camping in a field under bright moonlight. It has no light source. How is this done in Roll20?
Keeping in mind it does not have darkvision.

If there is no light source, then one of 2 things is true: 1. You are using global illumination, in which case there is no limit on vision, so there is nothing to double since the entire map is visible (within dynamic lighting line barriers of course). 2. There is no light on the map, so you are totally relying on nightvision, meaning that you will have to set up the nightvision to reflect the exact abilities of each token.
Ok, thanks. So there is no direct way of modeling 3.5e low light vision. Elves, in this example, can't see in the dark (no light), they just have better vision in low light. All I see on character sheets are 1. Character can see with without any light or 2. Character emits light. Neither applies. I'll have to cobble something together. Thanks again though.

The light multiplier I mentioned above doesn't require the character token to emit light. It works on any source of light that is within the token's line of sight/vision. But you actually have to be using sources of light for it to work. How are you doing a moonlit map? If you are using a source of light or multiples, the multiplier is all you need. If you are using global illumination, then there is no limit on anyone's vision, they just can't see anything very well, due to everything being dim.

The Light Multiplier is in the token's Dynamic Lighting settings under Advanced & LDL settings. Not sure if it is just "Advanced" or part of LDL though. Give that a try.
