Missing Purchases when I try to add items to a game

November 27 (2 years ago)

I just purchased the Call of Cthulhu Keeper Bundle, but I can't find most of the items (the modules especially) in the addons dropdown.  The only 3 I can find are:

  • Quick-Start Rules Call of Cthulhu
  • CoC Starter Set: Introductory Rules Addon
  • Keeper Screen References

The seem to show up when I create a new game, but I want to add them all to one game (campaign).  Do I have to make a game for each and then move all the assets manually???

If the item is a listed as a module in the Marketplace, it must be used to create a game. Only addons are added to existing games. In general this is to keep games at a manageable size, and to prevent overwriting identically named features. As a Pro user, you can use the Transmogrifier tool to move content from one game to another, though.

Hmmm, ok.  I didn't know that.  This was my 1st purchase besides subing (going to introduce some 5e players to CoC... and see how many go insane LOL)

Roll20 does have a good return policy if you feel you cannot use your purchases.

Oh I want them :)  Just means I will have to jump through some hoops to get things setup the way I want is all.
