Good idea. Resizing a multitoken so you have a better understanding what it is. Bad idea. Keeping the settings for the initial size the same and locking the rest of it behind a scrollbar.

Confirmed. It looks like a recent bug. If you want to report it officially, I'd suggest a  Help Center Request  to generate a ticket. I'll file a report as well.
