This 1 shot will be for lvl 1 players to start out and may take them up to lvl 2 or maybe lvl 3. Your ship has crashed on the sword coast while you and your party were traveling aboard a ship of sailors. The captain misjudged the voyage would have any foul-play. You were set upon by a raging storm but to make matters worse were attacked by a pirate ship. With the pirates ship still intact you and your party are the only survivors as you have had this happen to you once before when aboard a ship. You were ready to jump off when the time was right. The others you tried to save but it just would not be. You are on an island beach and you know that there must be some pirates that might come for you soon or maybe not. The only thing that is here that you can see is this little pig who is drinking from the water pool ashore the island. You aren't sure what use the pig could be, but again this pig looks to be that it has seen battle recently. So since the party is green enough from their lack of experience, it might be wise to see if there are any other creatures or humans aboard this island before roasting the pig. Or you could roast the pig and see if there is something more to find on this island. This will be starting the players off with 25 gold coins and 0 exp. Even though these are 1 shots, the creatures and items you find may be used on any of your characters. If anyone would like to find out more, let me know !
