Dynamic Lightings Issue

I searched through several pages and looked for a solution to my problem but couldn't find any. So the problem is my player can't see the map. He says it's black. The token vision is on and the player ribbon is on the right map and I followed every steps that is in this forum or reddit but it did not solve our problem. When I give his sheet to myself and re-join as a player I'm able to see. I made sure that my player followed the same steps as I do. But the problem still continues. Btw others don't have this issue. Pls help!
