Animated Maps are Blurry

I recently purchased some animated maps on the marketplace. The preview of these maps in the marketplace does not feature any such blurring, so I don't believe it is a creator issue. When I place the animated map on a new page, the entire map blurs when the animation "loops". I have ruled out network issues since I've attempted to upload the maps to my game on two separate computers using two different networks. Anything I'm missing? I'm new to animated maps here.

I'm seeing it too, on Chrome and Firefox, as well as using other large animated maps. I think it is just an artifact of how Roll20 optimizes an animation of that size. I can understand the disappointment. Animations have been around long enough that Roll20 should have fixed display issues like this. You can request a refund, of course, but I'd also consider filing a&nbsp; Help Center Request , or at least register the bug during the return process.
