Glasya Tieflings in Mordenkainen Presents Monsters of the Multiverse?

Hi all, I understand that Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse is a combination of the original Volo's Guide to Monsters and Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. A player in a game I'm running is playing a Glasya Tiefling , but in spite of my having purchased "Mordenkainen Presents" and having it toggled on for my game, neither of us can get this option under the character's subrace. (Other MMoM content, such as Tabaxi, can be accessed). For now he's rolled a custom race, but it would be easier if we could integrate the Glasya subrace. Anybody know how or whether we can fix this? Thanks!

Hi MightyMorphinMongoose! I think you'll have to adjust manually. Volo's has been dropped from WotC's catalog. If you already owned it, you are good; you still have all those options. But you cannot get the content digitally anymore. AFAIK, this is also true on DnDB and FG.

MightyMorphinMongoose, there are no subraces in MMoM. Every race presented is it's own, complete race, with no subrace options.  For example, Eladrin, formerly a subrace, is now a complete race.  MMoM is not a combination of Volo's Guide to Monsters and Mordenkainene's Tome of Foes. Instead, it takes material from both books and updates it, but not all material was brought forward.  Because of this, Glasya Tieflings still need Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes.
