How do I get APIs to interact with custom token markers?

I use StatusFX and a concentration mod, they both trigger an effect when a token marker is applied, but I cannot get either of them to interact with my custom markers. Both of them work perfectly with default markers. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't use either script, but in general custom status markers need to be referenced in the following way (note the double colon): markerName::uniqueID where the uniqueID is a number that is probably most easily found by opening up your TokenMod help handout and scrolling to the statusmarker section. Aaron prints out all the icons, names, and numbers in there.

It doesn't work with the StatusFX mod however, the formatting for custom markers involves a colon symbol, the example it gives is sleep: glow-holy so I assume that is just an issue with the mod itself or an oversight.

Hi Jack! The StatusFX mod (assuming this is the one by Robin Kuiper) predates Custom Token Markers by maybe two years. I wouldn't be surprised if it has issues.
