Anyone want to run a late night 4e game?

Home bored and want to play some 4e. Any DMs out there who want to run one?

What kind of game are you looking to run. I don't mind setting up a town bicycle (aka everyone trades off as GM) campaign. I'm new to this program so I request some patients from the players.

I was looking or a D&D 4e dungeon crawl or something like that...I'd be willing to take part in a "bicycle" campaign, but Ive only GM'd once in my life and have zero experience GMing in roll20...

I'll throw my hat in for someone interested in a game of 4E tonight, whether it's a one-shot or the start of something more. I'm pretty new but I have most of the basics down. I don't know how useful I'd be in an "everyone trades off as GM" arrangement if this became a campaign, at least not without a little bit of hand-holding to start with.

I would love to have DMed, but unfortunately, I'm the sort of DM that likes to overprepare. It would take me about 2 hours to set up an adventure if I started now AND used a pre-printed module. As an added note, in the future, I will have pre-made adventures that I will be creating in my spare time. Just not tonight. :)

i understand that the group I've been running for has me clocked in at about 14 hours of prep

but I'm willing to run a sloppy game if no one cares about half ass storytelling and crummy encounters

I mostly want to get a feel for 4E as a system, as I'm still fairly green with it. I want to experiment with a new character I rolled up since the one I first tried a game with ended up turning out to be a complete train wreck, but it may have just been bad rolls on my part. At this point I'm not so much concerned about story as fun, and half-assed stories can still be fun.

In this case maybe going for a more humorous approach rather than the seriousness that's associated with D&D?

Not yet but it does not hurt to became familiar with one another to get the feel for the game and each others' personalities.

Well, hopefully someone else will show some interest. I'm a bit of a bored night owl right now otherwise.

A plan is in the works for tomorrow. I'm throwing together a half-ass one-shot through Google+ and we'll see where it goes from there. If you could send character info so I know what I'll be working with. We do have a striker already. Sorcerer specifically.

I'm working on figuring out this platform. So I won't be able build a delve quick enough.

So what time and GMT time are you talking about starting?

This will be a Level 5 delve (aka one shot), which means it will be challenging and player are to expect possible death. I will not pull my punches, but at the same time I will not cheat in order to score the TPK. It will be limited to 5 PCs and will be hosted on Google+. Players are required to have their characters ready before hand. I require that all roles be filled (Striker, Defender, Leader and Controller) from PHBs 1-3 or Arcane/Martial 1 or 2/Psionic/Primal/Divine Power Books ONLY. This does mean that one role will be doubled up. Dungeoneering and Thievery will be required of an individual(s). PM me with character information and I will reply with my Google+ info if you are not excepted I will let you know. PLAYERS WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED MAGIC ITEMS PRIOR TO THE SESSION (unless an implement is authorized by your class which is then limited to one Level 8 or lower and one Level 4 or lower). Time is TBA. I look forward to hearing from you and having an enjoyable time.

Hey I would be interested, I have some experience with pathfinder and savage worlds, but haven't actually played 4e before. Edit: Time Depending, I am on PST

It hasn't gone anywhere yet. As far as I'm aware it's scheduled for an unspecified time later today.

starting GP not important take best equipment +3 enhancement or lower.

Delve will start at 2 PM PST. if I can't get 5 PCs I will not be able to run a balanced game we have a Leader and a Striker.

I am down for 2pm PST. I do not own any books though and use the dnd insider character creator. If you are ok with me creating a character through there let me know. Also would need to know how much gear to give it.
