Charactermancer dying at Review stage

After 10 years, I'm beginning my first campaign using the 5e Official sheet, and the charactermancer. I have 4 players coming in to make characters and so I built a couple characters to test the Charactermancer. Started off well. Made two characters, and it was really easy, even though the Charactermancer is unaware of the DragonLance campaign bonus feats at 1st and 4th level (even though this is a DragonLance campaign created from the module.) But I just went to create another characters, and after rolling stats and everything, the options I selected on the individual tabs did not show up in the Review tab, and when I clicked Apply Changes, the Charactermancer hangs on "Building Your Character." Am I missing something?  If this happens on literally my 3rd character, how can I put this tool in front of my players?  Any suggestions?

For troubleshooting purposes can you detail every step you take? Perhaps there is an option that is causing it to bug out.
FWIW, I canceled out of the Charactermancer, rebuilt the character manually by dragging from Compendium (as best I could remember), and then successfully leveled him with the Charactermancer.
@ Gauss - I followed the regular Charactermancer prompts, in order. Don't know what else to say. It did happen on TWO DIFFERENT characters. I forgot to mention that.

Hi John! There might be some useful guidelines in the Help Center article here .

Right, my question was what were your selections.  Sometimes an option causes the problem. I wanted to do some testing based on every selection you made to see where it broke and get that reported to the Devs. But to do that I would need to know every element of the build.
