Use Miscellaneous Group in Settings Menu for Dark Mode and other campaign specific toggles

As already posted in the Bug and technical issues thread (can be found here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/11241087/misc-group-being-displayed-even-when-empty-player ) the Misc group is always empty when you are just a player in a given campaign. This is a known - and seemingly accepted - behavior since they revamped the settings menu. When GM and Pro Subscriber, you can find transmogrifier there, otherwise it is just "Apply Default Settings" that can be found there. IF it is not possible to HIDE that group when it is empty, then at least have a look at what would make sense to be found in there (my opinion!) My Suggestion: Put the dark mode toggle and other things that might be implemented in the future there. One setting COULD be "Allow Players to use Charactermancer" (IF available for the selected sheet). This would also fix the "Big red button" "Feature" that was implemented to the Dungeons and Dragons 5e sheet by Roll20 recently... Please feel free to add suggestions to this as I really hope this is a thing in the upcoming (mentioned by Morgan B.) VTT Updates!
