Looking for Paid DM [D&D 5E] [$15/session per player]

Hey! Currently looking for a DM that would be interesting in running a long-term homebrew campaign. Currently have 3 players who love immersive role-play experience in a serious environment, looking for voice and video sessions over Discord. Looking to keep the session payments around $15/session doing weekly sessions. Looking for a roleplay focused, immersive sandbox style campaign set in a more urban setting, low civilization (think more sparse villages and tribes exploring through outdoors). 

Sparse villages would be more rural than urban. Urban generally involves cities. I can do either, just want to make sure we are on the same page.
