Wishlist Symbol changing if the item is already on your wishlist or not

Currently if you go to the marketplace and view an item, you always get the filled star symbol for your wishlist whether the item is already on your wishlist or not. Suggestion: If the item is on the wishlist the star is filled, otherwise it is not filled.
