The City is large and 5 courts vie for control. you are at the bottom, part of the 'Lotus' Court in the Immigrant district in New York. The blend of cultures attract unpredictable horrors from all over the world. that is true in many areas, like this one, but here they are organized, and a little more in the open as far as kindred are concerned. Though the Lotus court must pay tribute to a hidden court, known as the Golden Court, but this is not likely a concern for neonates. However, knowing someone within the 'Golden' Court could be very helpful (or dangerous, depending on the relationship). This is a World of Darkness Game, using the God-Machine-Chronicles Rules Adaption and the Blood and Smoke Supplement. You are free to create a Mortal Character using these guidelines, and present it as you Join.
