Private Journal

Is there a way to record all the details of a campaign without the party being able to view it? Like a forum post that only the GM can see or access? if not, it would be an awesome addition, especially if you can set it up as a data base, linking drodown menues and information so when you look up one aspect you can see all related aspects ie a guilda background with links/ connection lines to where you stored their guild rosta, areas of influence and allies
I've seen a few GM's use Paizo's forums to track their campaign events or their own website. For quick simple things, you could always create a handout players don't have access to, or even a map page using the text tool(though I imagine that would be super-cumbersome)
Just make a journal entry without having your players have access to it. In regards to the dropdown menu, I don't believe so.

Almost all of that exists here. You can make a Journal and set it to be edited & viewed by only the GM. You can also write GM Notes under anyone's character Bio tab (There is a sub-section called GM Notes on each character, that section is only viewable by the GM). You can "hyperlink" (Link between journal entries) using the instructions on the Wiki link I'm giving. With this you can "link information so when you look up one aspect you can see all related". https://wiki.roll20.net/Journal#Link_Between_Journal_Entries
Gold - thank you for that link! I never knew that was a possibility. I never even heard of it or saw it listed in any of the tutorials.
