Charactermancer get's stuck in Building your character... if you try doing anything custom

When you try and make a custom class/race it gets stuck in the last part of building your character, this happens no matter the browser pop up/No pop up.

Hi Augury! I can't really comment on the cause of the issue (custom class/race), but there is a Help Center page for dealing with stuck charactermancers , if that's of any help.
