Error in MOD I can't figure out

I have only 1 mod active WelcomePackage, but when the game spins up I am getting this in the console.  I've tried deleting and re-adding, but I get the same thing each time.  Anyone have an idea what I can look at?

Oh, this is for a Call of Cthulhu Game, if that makes any difference
