Chapter 1 of the core rulebook makes it clear that things that are capitalized refer to specific rules, while things that are italicized refer to spells or magic items. However, the examples given don't even follow this rule. Instead of "Strike targets Armor Class", it says "Strike Targets Armor Class". What gives?
