Good evening from the northern wilds! I'm a pro-GM looking to launch a Hackmaster 5e campaign, The Guardians of the Stalwart Road. This is an introductory campaign perfect for teaching newcomers the Hackmaster system, while also providing experienced Hackers some fun challenges. Hackmaster, popularized by the Knights of the Dinner Table comic, has a detailed, innovative combat system but also mechanics for handling skills and other challenges outside of battle. Survival in Hackmaster depends on your wits, luck, and tenacity, rather than an optimal build.
