One GM and two players looking for one or two more players to start a Burning Wheel game. 30s and experience playing BW are strongly preferred. We play weekly from roughly 7:00 to 10:30 or 11:00 EST on Wednesday evening. We’ll play in a village on a Silk Road analogue. The village is at a geographical bottleneck between two nations, and a great deal of trade is about to start flowing on the road. It is going to undergo significant growth soon, as people and wealth flood in. We will focus on life in the village as it evolves and grows, rather than on adventuring, fighting against dark and powerful forces, or high-stakes political intrigue. As such, we’ll be playing characters who are deeply tied to the change going on in the village, such as local brewers, innkeepers, or priests or newcomers such as merchants.
